PUR replaceable two-in-one gluing pot
- No glue line during gluing, achieving seamless edge banding.
- Can use PUR granular glue or EVA granular glue.
- Adopts quick-change glue hopper technology, allowing fast replacement with another hopper. Multiple hoppers can be used in combination to achieve the function of a double gluing pot.

End Trimming Function
The edge trimming function of the edge banding machine uses front and rear trimming cutters to quickly and accurately cut off the parts of the edge banding strip that exceed the board at both ends, ensuring that the edge banding strip is flush with the end face of the board. The cutters can automatically adjust the position according to the length of the board to achieve efficient and precise cutting, providing a standard end face for subsequent processing and improving the overall precision and aesthetics of edge banding.

Rough Trimming Function
It uses rough trimming cutters to quickly cut off the excess edge banding on the plate edges, making the edge banding flush with the plate, quickly outlining the basic shape of the edge banding, and improving production efficiency. At the same time, the cutter parameters can be flexibly adjusted to adapt to different plates and edge banding, laying a good foundation for the subsequent fine trimming process and ensuring firm and beautiful edge banding.

Fine Trimming Function

The edge banding machine's trimming knife, through numerical control programming and servo drive, performs high-speed milling on the edge banding strip according to preset parameters. It can stably machine standard arc contours on different plates, improving product durability and appearance texture.

Copying Tracking
Carry out smooth edge trimming for the right-angle joints of edge banding to make the interfaces smooth and delicate, thereby improving the aesthetic appearance.

Diamond Double-Blade Pre-Milling
The pre-milling function of the edge banding machine uses two sets of high-speed rotating milling cutters to quickly remove burrs, stains and uneven parts on the edge banding surface of the board, and precisely mill a standard plane. It provides a clean and flat working surface for subsequent edge banding, ensuring that the edge banding strip fits tightly and improving the overall edge banding quality.

Scraping Function
The edge banding machine's edge scraping function uses a specially designed scraper to remove slight protrusions and tool marks remaining on the edge banding strip after trimming with minimal cutting amount. Through precise control of angle and pressure, it quickly trims the edge to make the surface of the edge banding strip smoother, laying the foundation for the subsequent polishing process and enhancing the overall texture and aesthetics of edge banding.

Buffing Function
The polishing function of the edge banding machine utilizes a high-speed rotating polishing wheel to finely grind the surface of the edge banding strip. Through the heat generated by uniform friction and the action of polishing media, it quickly eliminates subtle traces remaining after edge scraping, giving the edge banding strip a bright and smooth surface, which significantly enhances the product's aesthetics and quality
